Preparing for the German IT Round-Table

These instructions are particularly useful to companies that intend to present themselves on stage at the IT Round-Table.

Elevator Pitch & Main Presentation

  • Limit Elevator Pitch to 20 seconds
  • Limit Main Presentation to 10 minutes
  • Focus presentation on:
    • How your organization would overcome challenges of project management in German companies and ensure success of partners.
    • What your concrete business model for working with German companies is (possibilities: Buyer-Seller relationships, partnerships, product and/or service strategy, time-frames for your market strategy in Germany/Europe).
  • Please ensure to email us your presentation by 22nd Feb, 2008 for installation on stage-laptop.  Presentations must be sent in Microsoft Power-Point (PPT) or PDF formats

Marketing Materials

It is advisable to carry sufficient copies of simple marketing materials such as a brochure or white-paper listing competence of your company and direct contact information of person(s) responsible for German market development in your company.  The organization team will ensure that these are made accessible to visitors during the event.

CeBIT Visit 4th March to 9th March

If you are intending to attend the CeBIT, which starts in Hannover the day after the German IT Round-Table, we can assist you with travel and tickets.  Please contact us after registration and before 15th February, 2008.
