Steps to Recruit a European Intern- Submit an Intern Request Form
- Staff at Indescon will subsequently propose up to 4 candidates from German universities which you may select from.
- Telephonic or personal interview of candidates and evaluation of their applications.
- Candidate selection and formal offer through Intern Acceptance Form
- Arrival and joining of candidate and your location of Internship.
Requirements for Companies- Companies taking in Indescon interns pay an adequate salary to the Interns.
- A minimum salary of INR 20,000 is stipulated by Indescon.
- No separate costs are mandated by Indescon for travel, living or any such costs incurred by the Intern.
- This salary is payable directly to the intern, and you may agree a compensation higher than the stipulated minimum.
- Minimum duration of an Indescon Internship is 4 months.
Costs Involved with the Internship ProgramNominal fees are charged for processing your request for Interns from German and other European universities. - Processing Fee of €50 is applicable at the time of submitting the Intern Request Form. Processing Fee is waived for members of Indescon.
- Placement Fee of €150 is applicable at the time of accepting an Internet. For members, this fee is €100.
